We had a front yard leak in our water line and called Mr. Drippy on a friend’s recommendation. Glad we did! The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. David helped diagnose the issue and offered to throw on a temporary patch so we’d have water while we waited, when we thought we’d have to shut it off all weekend; Jonathan and Prince were kind, efficient, and thorough installing the new line and servicing other parts of our system; and Laura, Jessica, and Erin were all extremely helpful coordinating things over the phone. Called Mr drippy. Tech Jonathan was here early the next morning. Walk through ask the problem. Looked at everything. Found I had a leak on the water tank and old cut offs because the house is 59 years old. Fixed more than I expected but I feel good because winter is coming up.
