Rodney, The service tech, was awesome. He thoroughly explained what was needed before any work was done and Jessica, the manager at the office, did the same. Before any work was done they made sure I understood the service and pricing before it started. They were courteous and very polite. Definitely would use again if needed.

Our experience with Mr. Drippy was excellent. The office staff were very helpful, carefully explained our options, kept us informed, and were extremely courteous. The work performed by David Cole was outstanding. He went over the procedures with us, apprised us about the progress, and completed the work in a timely fashion. He is, in short, a complete professional. We can wholeheartedly recommend Mr Drippy and David for any plumbing work that might be needed.
We had a front yard leak in our water line and called Mr. Drippy on a friend’s recommendation. Glad we did! The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. David helped diagnose the issue and offered to throw on a temporary patch so we’d have water while we waited, when we thought we’d have to shut it off all weekend; Jonathan and Prince were kind, efficient, and thorough installing the new line and servicing other parts of our system; and Laura, Jessica, and Erin were all extremely helpful coordinating things over the phone. I mention all the names just to show—we worked with many people in the company to fix an urgent issue and everybody went above and beyond showing the same helpful, cheerful, skillful service. Grateful to have running water again and will definitely call Mr. Drippy for anything we need in the future!
Josh did a fantastic job fixing a leak and replacing the shower in our 1940s townhouse! He was very professional and went above and beyond to fix everything he spotted! We appreciated his attention to detail, communication, and patience to get everything done right. Overall Mr. Drippy was a wonderful company to work with to get our needs met quickly and at a fair price. Would recommend and use again!
Called Mr drippy. Tech Jonathan was here early the next morning. Walk through ask the problem. Looked at everything. Found I had a leak on the water tank and old cut offs because the house is 59 years old. Fixed more than I expected but I feel good because winter is coming up. Jonathan was very personable and knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone. Thank you Mr drippy.

A leaky water heater was promptly repaired and done efficiently. The techs who came, immediately diagnosed the issue and they made the whole process very painless. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, thankful we were able to call and get a new water heater installed the same day!
Josh, TJ and team were out to us the day of our leak, which was amazing! They provided excellent customer. Communicated really well and gave me all my options up front. We ended up re-piping our entire house. They were able to start the project that next day and it only took 4 days. So thankful. They were quick, efficient, and clean. Mr Drippy did a great job for us recently. Our water heater went bad on us just the other day. We called several plumbing companies and Mr Drippy gave us the best price and was able to get to it the same day. Kevin, the sales representative, worked with me on the price and we got a great deal. TJ, the installer/ plumber did a fantastic job. He arrived earlier than expected and got straight to work. I have no complains about Mr. Drippy service. They are affordable, professional, sincere, and they don’t take advantage on people. I had a shower issue and They fixed it quickly and nicely.
